We are looking to replace our finance star since he’s moving into a new role. As Financial Manager at Flashbulb Games you will be part of the operations team and report directly to the CEO. On a daily basis you will work closely with our product teams. You will also interact with our owners, Nordisk Games, in terms of reporting and keeping them updated on financial performance.

The right candidate will help us evolve our business intelligence efforts and to make the teams more, financially, data-informed.
Responsibilities
Budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling.
Periodical reporting of results & KPIs.
Annual report and communication with auditors.
Providing ad hoc analysis and recommendations to owners and board of directors.
Tax reporting, cash management communication.
Prepare, and in some cases present, board material.
Communication with the shared service center that takes care of parts of our financial administration.
Requirements
A business degree (BSc or MSC).
Experience working with strategic planning, financial analysis, and accounting.
Comfortable acting as a sparring partner to management, providing them with financial insight.
A knack for MS Office, especially Excel & experience working with ERPs (we currently use Navision).
Strong English communication skills to demystify financial data and engage with diverse teams.
A mix of analytical skills, proficiency within BI, a collaborative spirit, and a structured approach to work.
Experience from working at a game studio, or another creatively driven company would be a big plus.
