We are looking to become more product focused by hiring two Product Managers. So far we have successfully released games greatly appreciated by its communities thanks to a stellar development team with a unique connection with its community, but now wants to expand its leadership crew with product specialists.
These are two of the key roles for us to take the next step to become a stronger self-publisher and game-service provider. The individuals they are looking for should be passionate about games, primarily premium services, as well as being excited about taking on the PnL responsibility and product roadmap for a live game/service.
Responsibilities
Product business intelligence.
Sales and monetization strategies.
Stakeholder management – meaning both product and company management.
Product and team health.
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners – particularly platform holders and
Product- and business development.
Lead, motivate and be a role model for the people you lead as well as all employees at Flashbulb.

Flashbulb was founded in 2016 to create Trailmakers – an online physics based construction game. The game is out on Steam, Xbox and Playstation and is now more alive than ever with continuous updates, an ever growing player base, and an active Discord community.
